These trade conditions ale valid just for the e-shop of Požární bezpečnost s.r.o. Please pay attention to following lines.
1. Purchase agreement
- all sent orders are to be considered as obligatory
- buyer by sending an order confirms, that he got familiar with purchase agreement, delivery and payment conditions of ordered goods
- every order is confirmed back including expected date of delivery
- the process of order dispatch can be observed in the CART section “Orders sent”
2. Registration and log-in
- By clicking the “registration” link in the upper part of webpage, you access registration form for filling-in ID data. In appropriate field please choose a log-in and password.
- Please pay attention to data filled-in, * marked lines are obligatory and in ** marked lines at least one of the entries must be filled-in in order to register successfully.
- All of you data can be changed by hitting “My account” button.
3. Items selection
- The items in the e-shop are divided into sections. Every single type of goods is briefly described, it contains information about the price without VAT, price including VAT and possibly an image.
- For searching particular items you can use the “Search” button in the upper menu bar.
- For item description press “Detail” or click the name of an item, for expanding the image please click on the image.
- The size of clothing or shoes should be input in the comments line along with the ammount of goods and has to be equal to the number of goods in the order.
- In the comments line you can add any other comment.
- By clicking the “Buy” button you add exactly one item in the shopping cart (if this item is clothing or shoes, the number of items must be equal to the number of sizes)
- The number of items chosen is set to one by default. You can choose ammount ordered by browsing shopping cart content.
- You can change the ammount of items by changing the number in the cell. Then you have to click “Actualize item number” (two green arrows in circle) and the ammount is recalculated. If you want to remove any item, please click the “remove item” button (red cross).
4. Cash desk and payment
As in the real shop, also here in e-shop you have to pass the cash desk. The cash desk is located in the shopping cart underneath the dividing line.

then you have to choose a way of delivery (Czech Post – cash on delivery, Czech Post – Profi package, PPL or TopTrans or personal pick-up in the store).

after controlling of all items in the shopping cart, number of pieces and choosig of the way of delivery please click the “Confirm” button.

On this page please check that filled-in data is correct.

If you need to make any change, click the “Back” button.

After check-out you can click the “Send order” button and “You order has been sent successfully” notification appears.

Your order has been automatically sent to our company to process. The copy of the order was also sent to your e-mail box, from where you can print it.

The status of your order can be seen in the shopping cart section “Orders sent”.
5. Shipping

6. Cancellation of order
- Order can be cancelled by phone or e-mail. Buyer is informed about the cancellation via e-mail.
- The order is labeled as invalid in the case that it includes senseless data (it is impossible to deliver it), the recipient does not know about it (silly jokes) or does not aprove it (when checking it).
- In both previous situations we will try to contact the buyer via e-mail and make the situation clear.
7. Sales returns rules, Guarantee of sales returns.
- Guarantee on goods sold in the e-shop follows legal framework.
- Return of sales is conditioned by cogency of purchase returned goods in e-shop, as the proof acts the tax certificate – invoice.
Possibility of returning goods without declaring the reason
- Under law no. 367/2000 you as a buyer have right to cancel the agreement without declaring the reason within 14 days of an acceptance of delivery.
- The goods must not be damaged in any way and it also must not bear any signs of usage.
- The goods must be packed in original package and sent at least on the 14th day since delivery to the manufacturer’s address.
- After delivery the buyer the ammount of money that equals to full purchasing price paid by buyer is send to the given account number, in case of cash by post money order or differently according to mutual agreement.
8. Personal data protection
- Personal data is in no case provided to the trird party and all personal data including e-mail will not be (unless agreed) used by our marketing activities.
